General conditions of access and use

USER condition: Accessing the Website grants the person doing so the status of USER, and expresses the USER's full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these TERMS OF USE. In the event that the USER does not understand and/or does not accept all or part of these TERMS OF USE, he/she must cease using the Website.

REGISTERED USER condition: The provision of the Website service is free of charge. However, FUNDACIÓN ACS reserves the right to make access to certain specific services conditional upon the prior registration of the USER, whether or not the USER is a beneficiary of any of our projects, collaborations or activities, by filling in a form to this effect, which will be available to anyone wishing to register as a REGISTERED USER.

When it is necessary for the USER to register as a REGISTERED USER or to provide personal data in order to access any of the specific services, the provisions of the Data Protection section of this website shall apply to the collection and processing of USERS' personal data.

The USER shall be responsible for ensuring that the data provided to FUNDACIÓN ACS is authentic and current, and must refrain from providing false, inaccurate or obsolete data, as well as personal data that does not correspond to him/her or that he/she is not authorised to provide. The USER shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made, as well as for providing personal data that he/she is not authorised to provide.

Reservation: FUNDACIÓN ACS reserves the right to restrict, limit, suspend, prohibit or terminate at any time access and/or use of all or part of the Website or its contents, to all or certain USERS, without prior notice. In particular, but without limitation, FUNDACIÓN ACS may temporarily suspend the services and contents of the Website in order to carry out updating, maintenance, improvement or repair operations.

The USER declares that he/she is aware of and accepts this fact and, consequently, waives any right to claim against FUNDACIÓN ACS for any damage or harm that may be caused for this reason.

Proper use of the Website

The user undertakes to use the Website and its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

Likewise, the use of the Website for illicit or harmful purposes against FUNDACIÓN ACS, any of the companies of its Group or any third party, which, in any way, may cause damage or impede the normal operation of the Website, is prohibited.

FUNDACIÓN ACS accepts no responsibility under any circumstances for the results that may be derived by the USER from accessing said links.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These TERMS OF USE shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.

FUNDACIÓN ACS and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the USER's domicile for any dispute that may arise or actions that may be brought arising from the provision of the Website and its services and content and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with the provisions herein. In the event that the USER resides out of Spain, FUNDACIÓN ACS and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
