ACS Foundation is a private non-profit entity that integrates the sponsorship and patronage of the ACS Group. It was initially established as the Dragados Foundation in October 2001, and, following the merger agreement between ACS and Dragados Group SA, it changed its name to ACS Foundation in December 2003.

The framework for the ACS Foundation’s actions is based on the general interest objectives outlined in its founding statutes:

• Promotion and development of all kinds of cultural and artistic activities in their broadest sense.

• Promotion and development of programs and activities related to science, training, education, teaching, research, and technological dissemination.

• Promotion, conservation, and restoration of Spanish historical and artistic heritage, while collaborating in its dissemination to enhance knowledge and understanding.

• Promotion and development of activities related to the defense and protection of the environment.
